The Ascend New England Employee Resource Group Summit is an opportunity for local AAPI Employee Resource Group (AKA: ERG, ARG, BRG) coordinators, leaders, and sponsors to learn, share, and network.

Participants will have the opportunity to renew their purpose and commitment to lead ERGs, reflect on the current state and share leading practices, and help their people to thrive forward together. Please bring your curiosity and case studies.

Keynote Speaker

• Su Joun is the Principal of Diversity@Workplace Consulting Group, a workforce training and consulting company that specializes in implementing equitable and fair processes and inclusive norms resulting in a more diverse workforce. In addition to expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and talent management, she has held leadership roles in IT & operations, marketing, sales, and products in various companies and industries. She’s a Tedx speaker, a storyteller on the Stories from Stage show, and the author of the book SELF-GUIDE TO DEI: Understanding diversity, equity and inclusion at the workplace. Su is relentlessly passionate about creating equity and access to education and career opportunities. 

The afternoon will also include a panel discussion and reflections with action planning.
