The Fairways for the Future Invitational is our annual golf benefit supporting the initiatives and work of the Ascend Foundation. With your support, the Ascend Foundation drives research on inclusive workplace best practices and advocating for greater transparency regarding the advancement of top-performing talent.

In partnership with leading business organizations across the Fortune 1000, the Foundation launches cross-industry thought leadership programming, provides student scholarships, and publishes noteworthy reports on the state of the working world.
