Join Ascend Austin for a warm and festive Lunar New Year (LNY) gathering centered on food, connection, and shared tradition. We’ll come together over a meal at Fresh Bowl to enjoy good company and reflect on our personal connections to Lunar New Year—memories from growing up, traditions we still carry today, and what the holiday means to us now.

As part of the evening, we’ll host a red envelope activity, where guests will write a well wish, intention, or note of encouragement, place it into a red envelope, and exchange it with another guest. This simple tradition is meant to spark joy, reflection, and connection as we welcome the year ahead together.

Whether Lunar New Year has long been part of your life or you’re new to the celebration, this event is an opportunity to gather, share stories, and build community in the spirit of renewal and generosity.
