AEN Mental Wellness Series: Beyond Burnout - Sustaining Resilience & Wellness at the Top*

According to the Ascend Foundation’s report, Mental Health for Asian and Pacific Islander Professionals, nearly 40% of API professionals rated their mental health as fair to poor — compared to 25% of Americans overall.

Burnout remains one of the most pressing drivers, fueled by the relentless pressure to always deliver. This session reframes resilience not as endless stamina, but as a values-driven, sustainable way to lead.

Executives will reflect on how aligning leadership with purpose can buffer against exhaustion, while experts share strategies for spotting early warning signs and sustaining performance.

Together, we’ll explore how senior leaders can model balance without losing credibility, and why addressing burnout at the top is critical for organizational health.
