Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Professional”

Click “Continue”

Select your username; fill out your first and last name. Click on the drop down arrow where it says “Professional” and select the location that best describes where you are located. If your location does not have an Ascend Chapter, select “National- At Large”

Click “Continue”

On the Membership Selection screen choose “Professional- 1 Year-$199”

Click “Continue with the Selected Membership”

On the “Member Information” screen enter the required information

Click “Submit”

On the “Membership Dues” screen:

• For “Membership Information” confirm it indicates “Professional- 1 Year-$199”

• Enter a Promotional Code provided, then click “Apply Code”

• For “Billing Information” if applicable, be sure to check the box “Check here if the billing address is the same as the member address”

• Verify “Payment Information” and that a Payment Amount of $0.00 ($199 discount) applied and for “Payment Type” that “Bill Me (Admin-only)” is selected

Click on “Submit Securely”

Continue filling out the rest of the form and click submit
