2018 Inspiring Across Generations: "Embrace the Possibilities" – Register Today!

Dear Ascend Los Angeles Members and Guests,

It wasn’t that long ago that your parents told you never to get in the car with strangers. Or that you would run to the neighborhood video store to rent movies. Or you would be breathless running around the city or university campus on a hot summer day. Today, taxi cabs, Blockbuster and skateboards have been replaced with Uber, Hulu and Bird. Fortune 500 companies are being displaced by new businesses that innovate faster with disruptive technologies—and delight the customer with a frictionless experience.

Yet, how many of you are still making decisions about your career or approaching the way you work exactly the same way? Now more than ever, it’s imperative to Embrace the Possibilities and take risks to advance yourself, your team and your business in today's fast-paced world.

Please join the Ascend Los Angeles Metro chapter for our annual 2018 Inspiring Across Generations (IAG) conference. This marque event will be held on Saturday, August 11, from 3-9 PM at the Pacific Palm Resorts in the City of Industry.

We’ll start with two concurrent sessions at 3 PM on "Building and Maintaining an Executive Presence" and "Conflict Resolution and Management". Meet new people with our networking reception starting at 5 PM. If your afternoon is busy, join us for dinner at 6 PM. At the gala dinner, you will learn from amazing leaders such as Steve Chung, Chief Counsel with Disney-ABC Media Networks on how to embrace change, take risks and position yourself for whatever digital disruption the future holds.

Join us on August 11 for an intimate gathering of executives, managers and experienced professionals. Come to be inspired, share stories, win raffle prizes like “dugout seats” to Angels Baseball and make new friends. The IAG event will certainly enrich your life.

What are you waiting for? Embrace this opportunity! Please visit the event site to register.
