Feed Our Future is an Ascend Cares initiative that delivers meals to underrepresented and underserved children and families while celebrating culture through food. By partnering with local Asian restaurants in Northern California, the program builds awareness and education around diverse Asian cultures—helping shift perceptions and foster connection through shared meals.

Feed Our Future supports food-insecure children, families, after-school programs, shelters, and community centers—using shared meals as a bridge to introduce young people and their families to Asian cuisine and the communities behind it.

By strengthening connections between Ascend leaders and local cultural businesses, th​i​s initiative deepens community engagement while normalizing inclusion, sparking cultural curiosity, and creating lasting ripple effects at home and in schools—advancing the broader mission of Ascend Cares.

• Your donations will go directly to Feed Our Future Northern California who collaborates with restaurants in Greater San Francisco, East Bay, Peninsula, and South Bay to not only deliver meals but offer cultural and historical education of the food.  

• Credit card fees (4%) apply for each donation.

• For large donations, you can help us save on credit card fees by sending a check to the Ascend Foundation, and noting “Feed Our Future - Northern California” in the memo line

• Feed Our Future is fiscally sponsored by the Ascend Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. For all donations, you will receive an official Ascend Foundation letter via e-mail acknowledging your donation, which can be used for tax purposes.
