Ascend LA Metro Chapter -- Networking Mixer on September 29 @ Casa Restaurant

Do you want to expand your external professional network?

Have you heard about the Ascend Pan Asian leadership organization and would like more details? 

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then attend our Ascend Los Angeles Metro chapter event! 

We will be hosting a networking "mixer" on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Casa Restaurant (adjacent to Deloitte, PwC and KPMG) in downtown Los Angeles. Ascend members, non-members and students are welcome to attend...and bring a friend! 

When:  Wednesday, September 29, 2010; 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm 
Where: Casa Cocina y Cantina (at California Plaza in downtown LA) 
           350 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA

RSVP:         RSVP online by Friday, September 24 via the Ascend website
        Include your full name, company, title, e-mail address, and phone number to reserve your drink coupon. 
        (One free drink coupon will be provided for the first 75 respondents; you must be of legal drinking age.) 
        Light appetizers and nonalcoholic drinks will be provided at no cost to all registered attendees. 

There is no fee to attend, and you don't need to be an Ascend member. Bring a friend! 
Note: See below for information about parking costs, which will not be reimbursed. 

Ascend has a full program ahead in the upcoming year -- such as social mixers, inspirational speakers, educational workshops and events. If you have not heard of Ascend or have not attended a mixer or meeting in a while, now is the time! 

Becker Professional Education will also have a drawing for a raffle prize at the mixer. Bring your business cards!

Parking for Casa Restaurant @ California Plaza 
To park for the mixer event: 
--Enter the California Plaza parking area (300 or 350 S. Grand Avenue) from Olive Street (near the Omni Hotel) 
--After 5:00 p.m, the cost for parking at California Plaza is $11.30. 
--As an alternative, there is also two hours free parking at 300 S. Olive Street, which is located at the back corner of California Plaza. After 2 hours, a flat fee of $7.50 will be charged. 
--Note: Parking fees subject to change and are at the discretion of the parking lot owners.
