Hyatt Asian-Pacific Islander Diversity Business Resource Groups (API DBRG), J.P. Morgan Chase, and Ascend Midwest Chapter would like to invite you for our annual Asian Pacific American Heritage Month celebrations on May 16, 2019.  This co-sponsored event is an interactive session on the topic, “Asian Leadership: Myths, Cultural Influence, and Framework for Success”.   Sharing insights on this topic will be Wes Hom, a former IBM VP and Managing Director.  Mr. Hom is also the Vice President and National Board Member of Ascend, the largest non-profit Pan-Asian membership organization for business professionals in North America.  The session will shed light on Asian representation on leadership teams across global corporations, the influence of Asian culture on leadership behavior and skills required to overcome the cultural barriers to achieve career aspirations.

The event will be held at Hyatt Hub (8th Floor). The program details are as follows (MUST ARRIVE BY 3PM AND MUST BE REGISTERED TO ATTEND)
