About the Presenter

Janice Smith is EY’s Pacific Southwest Area Lead Development Consultant.She specializes in executive coaching, team dynamics, and leadership development.Her client’s include Pacific Southwest Area practice leaders, line partners, and high profile clients who want to strengthen their leadership abilities and bring their teams to a new level.

Janice earned her M.B.A. form New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and is a certified executive coach, facilitator and presenter.She is licensed in a variety of reputable leadership and career development tools including Myers Briggs, Kolbe, Emotional Intelligence, Fierce Conversations, and the Lominger Leadership Architect.Janice also holds a Personal Directions certification to offer her clients a holistic perspective as they align their personal and professional goals.Janice’s work has been published in the OD Practitioner and, and she was a lead feature in the Denver Business Journal.Most recently, Janice’s cutting edge work on generational differences has been highlighted in the New York Times, Boston Globe,, and was included in a 60 Minutes feature.

Directions when exiting the 110 Harbor Freeway at 9th Street

Exit the freeway at 9th Street (one-way street, eastbound).Make a left on Figueroa (one-way street, northbound).Turn left on 7th Street.There will be a sign for Ernst & Young LLP at the entrance of the garage.Turn left into the parking structure entrance and follow directions to the parking area.Once parked, exit on the north side of the parking structure on level 8 and proceed to our building located at 725 South Figueroa.
