Deloitte OC Inclusion Council, SoCal Asian BRG and Ascend Los Angeles Metro Chapter present ‘Relationships Matter’

Have you ever lost a client, but didn’t fully understand what happened? How well do you know your colleagues? How can you build strong and lasting relationships at work?

Relationship is one of the most important assets we can build in business.

With today’s virtual teams, the ability to build enduring business relationships is a valuable skill that can create a collaborative, fun and productive environment. And if you are a consultant or sell products/ services, building trusting relationships with existing clients can set you up for repeat business and help earn new references.

Please join the Deloitte OC Inclusion Council, SoCal Asian Business Resource Group and Ascend Los Angeles Metro Chapter on Thursday, March 1st 2018 from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM PST for an interactive session with a panel of Deloitte Partners, Principals and Managing Directors. Ask questions and learn about their successes of building strong and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

What you can expect to take away from this session:

  • Learn how our leaders use Persuading, Influencing and Convincing to build meaningful business relationships
  • Hear tips on handling criticism and effective conflict resolution techniques
  • Learn the art of saying No: What, when and how
