Guidelines for requests to National
Events & registrations: Allow up to 1 week for completion. Revenue-generating events will be prioritized and have a quicker turnaround time.
Membership reports: Lead-time varies on a case-by-case basis depending on the request. Allow a minimum of 1 week.
Registration lists: Registration lists can be turned over quicker so even the day before is fine. Ideally, you can also give us a schedule ahead of time for when you would like the reports and they can be accommodated.
For example: "We would like the updated registration list on the following days: Thursday 5/7/15, Monday 5/11/15, and Monday 5/18/15."
Email blasts/communications: Allow up to 1 week. The following information must also be provided with your request --
Email subject title: Ascend "X" Chapter: Join Us For Brunch!
From / reply-to email address: (Will usually be your Ascend chapter's email) - Chapter@ascendleadership.org
Distribution: Professional "X" Chapter, "X" University
Email body / content: The content you provide will be used in the actual email so please be sure to double check your spelling, grammar, formatting, etc...
Please keep in mind that your request is generally handled in the order that it was received, so the times given above are approximate and may vary. Last minute requests can only be honored if there are extenuating circumstances.
