During the Dec 6 Ascend Northern California Panel on "How Women Lead; Why Men Should Care", there were many practical suggestions for both Asian women and Asian men who wish to improve their leadership skills focusing on women-men mentoring and sponsorship.
The attached McKinsey report recommends: Leaders who are serious about getting more women into senior management need a hard-edged approach to overcome the invisible barriers holding them back.
