Where Are the Women Executives in Silicon Valley?

Subsequent to the Dec 6 Northern California Ascend Panel on "How Women Lead; Why Men Should Care", New York Times cited a study from UC Davis that women executives in Silicon Valley are significantly uner-represented and under-utilized by Silicon Valley companies.
