Ascend Foundation is partnering with The Everest Project, a nonprofit research initiative that is completing a study focused on women leading change and innovation in Corporate America. Having interviewed over 400 executives, Everest is now surveying women from companies and organizations across five affinity groups - Black, Hispanic, LGBTQ, Pan Asian, and White. Applications of our research will have impact on how women lead across sectors and industries. In this study, co-sponsored by The Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University, we are interested in the leadership experiences, facilitators and challenges women have faced, and the best practices they’ve crafted along the way. The result of this research will be presented in the aggregate and without individually identifying information.
The ideal survey participant is an executive who sits within 1-5 levels of the CEO. The survey will take about 15 minutes. We are asking each Survey Subject to select a colleague to complete a 10 minute companion survey. That colleague should be a peer who is familiar with the Survey Subject’s leadership. Again, this private and confidential research is protected under Oklahoma State University’s research guidelines for participant information safety and security.
Upon completion of this anonymous survey, participants will have the opportunity to enter their name into a lottery to win a $250 gift card.
