Ascend is a Research Partner in the first theoretical and practical research initiative to take a multicultural approach in exploring factors of gender and ethnicity in answering the question: Are women executives effective at leading change and innovation in their organizations?
Ascend, along with The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) and Out Leadership are collaborators on this study known as the “The Everest Project”. We are seeking senior-level Pan Asian executive women to participate in this groundbreaking initiative. The study will include over 450 in-depth, confidential interviews and a broader survey of mid- and senior-level Pan-Asian Women. Ideal study participants are women of Pan-Asian decent who are within three levels of seniority from their company CEOs.
