  1. What is the Asian Corporate Directors Summit?
  2. It is Ascend’s second national gathering of Asian American experienced board directors and selected aspiring board directors held at the Four Seasons Silicon Valley in Palo Alto, CA during April 6–7, 2018.

  3. Where is the venue?
  4. Four Seasons Silicon Valley

  5. What is the accommodation plan for guests?
  6. For our second Asian Corporate Directors Summit, Ascend, a non-profit organization, will host your 2-night (Friday 4/6 and Saturday 4/7—subject to availability) hotel stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley only if you reside outside the Bay area/Northern California and if your company/organization will not cover your hotel expenses. Ascend Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization and appreciates your efforts in helping us manage our limited resources.

  7. Are spouses allowed to attend the Summit?
  8. Spouses are not allowed to attend the summit sessions, but are invited to attend both receptions and dinners on Friday and Saturday. Based on demand, there will also be an activity for spouses on Saturday. Details are TBD.

  9. Is there parking onsite?
  10. Yes, there is plenty of convenient free parking on site. Overnight self-parking and event self-parking is complimentary over program dates. Valet is $24/per car per night.

  11. Is the Saturday morning meeting and breakfast just for experienced members?
  12. The Saturday morning breakfast is just for experienced directors and aspiring attendees.

  13. Is there an airline discount?

  15. What is the dress code?
  16. Business or business casual for meetings. Business or cocktail attire for dinners.
