Disneyland Center Lounge, located on the Main Floor—please stop here first. When you arrive you will receive a badge, tote and Convention Program with the most up-to-date schedule of sessions and meeting rooms.

Online registration will close on July 26, 2016 at 12:00pm EST.

On-site registration is available for an additional fee. We recommend registering before July 26, 2016 to avail of the regular rates.

Registration is located in the Disneyland Center Lounge.

There is a wireless hot spot in the Convention Media Lounge, located in the Disneyland North Lounge, on the Main Floor. If you have a smart phone, service is readily available in the hotel and most places throughout the convention meeting rooms.

The dress code is business formal.

1. All-Access Professional Pass Holders (members & non-members) can attend all sessions (excluding invite only sessions), all meal services, and the Benefit & Awards Dinner. Limited Professional Pass Holders or registrants do not have access to the Benefit & Awards Dinner on Monday (8/1).
2. Daily Pass Professional registrants may attend the following:
1. Saturday: Includes all Saturday sessions only (excluding invite only sessions), Career Fair, and meal services.
2. Sunday: Includes all Sunday sessions only (excluding invite only sessions) and meal services.
3. Monday: Includes all Monday sessions only (excluding invite only sessions) and meal services excluding the Benefit & Awards Dinner.
3. Fri/Sat Student registrants (members & non-members) may attend Friday and Saturday student sessions, the Career Fair, Employer Showcases, resume critiquing, and the Opening Reception on Saturday evening (7/30).
4. Career Fair Only Student registrants (members & non-members) may attend Friday student sessions, the Career Fair, employer showcases, and resume critiquing.
5. Career Fair Only Professional registrants (members & non-members) may attend the Career Fair, employer showcases, and resume critiquing.
6. Benefit & Awards Dinner registrants (add on pass, or dinner only registration) may only attend the dinner on Monday (8/1).

There are many convenient shuttles and shared ride vans available for your convenience as a lower cost option for transportation to and from nearby airports. Southern California Grayline offers the Disneyland ® Resort Express which operates continuously throughout the day, 7 days a week servicing LAX and SNA. For those coming from Long Beach Airport, shared ride vans such as Super Shuttle, and shuttles such as Beach City Shuttles may be the best options.

Parking
There is ample parking near Disneyland Hotel all within walking distance of the convention. Parking for overnight hotel guests of The Disneyland Hotel is available with a self-parking at $15 per night with in/out privileges. For those staying at other hotels, self-parking is $15 per car for a once in, once out privilege and do not include in/out privileges. *Please note that Disneyland Resorts has multiple hotels and facilities. The special rate for the conference is $189.00 at the Disneyland® Hotel and $218.00 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa. Room availability is limited and reservations must be made by June 29, 2016 to receive the Convention rate.

We designed our convention to foster networking, therefore you will find the meal services to be more casual with less structured seating so attendees can mix and mingle.

There are several snack shops and restaurants in The Disneyland Hotel, offering all types of cuisine and dining options. The hotel is also a five minute to Downtown Disney, where there are plenty of dining options.
