| CHRIS SIMMONS Washington Market Managing Partner PwC LLP

Chris Simmons is the Managing Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP ("PwC") for the Washington Metro Region, which includes PwC
client-facing operations in Washington, DC; Northern Virginia (McLean);
Baltimore (Maryland) and Richmond (Virginia).
Chris is also a member of the PwC US Board of Partners and Principals,
which oversees the governance of the US Firm.
As a member of PwC's Board, Chris serves as Chair of the Partner
Admission Committee, and is a member of the Management Evaluation and
Compensation Committee.
Previously, Chris was a member of PwC's United States Leadership
Team, the Human Capital Leadership Team, and served as Chief Diversity
Officer. Chris has held a variety of
positions within PwC, beginning as a Senior Manager in 1992 in the Mergers and
Acquisitions unit. He led client
transactions involving mergers, divestitures and acquisitions. Chris has also managed all PwC (internal)
mergers, strategic investment and acquisition activity for the US Firm, in his
role as Partner-in-Charge, US Corporate Development from 2001 - 2004. Mr. Simmons earned his bachelor's degree and
master's in business administration from Harvard University.

consulting, finance and accounting, legal, and technology industries. Her areas of expertise include recruitment

Lisa serves as a national director at PwC in the Office of Diversity focusing on minority retention and advancement. She is based in Dallas and reports to PwC's Chief Diversity Officer. Lisa designs strategy, resources, training and tools to create a unique people experience, specifically tailored for the needs of diverse talent. She serves as the program director for many of PwC's national diversity leadership development programs, Prior to this role, Lisa served as the North Texas Market Diversity Leader for three years providing individualized coaching, mentoring and networking activities for staff. She also facilitated their employee affinity groups. Previously, she worked for 10 years in financial auditing for financial services clients along with six years in human capital roles.
Lisa earned her BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She teaches Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP) leadership training sessions for PwC. She serves on the boards of the Texas Society of CPAs, Dallas Society of CPAs, Community Council of Greater Dallas board and her church. Winson Heng is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting Federal Government Services Business Unit. He has 25 years of experience in government. He provides systems integration and business performance improvement consultative services to Federal government clients. He specializes in technology project management, organization transformation, e-government, strategic planning, performance management, learning solutions, business process re-engineering, strategic sourcing, as well as program and financial management.
Winson was
a frequent speaker and participant in conferences and workshops on
e-government; Information and Communications Technology (ICT); and performance
management – particularly in the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN)
region. His community activities include
serving on the Board of Directors of Samaritan Inns, an organization based in
Washington DC that provides structured housing and recovery services in an
environment of support and accountability that will give homeless and addicted
men and women the opportunity to rebuild their lives. He also serves on the Board of Directors of
the Ascend Greater Washington Area Chapter.

Wes Hom was former IBM Vice President in the Systems and Technology Group with global responsibilities for overall execution of IBM's high-end server investments, strategies, sales and emerging markets initiatives. Today he is a consultant with Business Innovation Services, LLC. helping investors and companies develop global strategies, acquire next generation technologies and the development of new business models. He also advises on diversity and leadership development for domestic and emerging markets companies.
Wes was recognized as one of the "2007 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business” by the Asian American Business Development Center and received Organization Of Chinese Americans (OCA) 2008 Dynamic Achievers Award. He is also the co-founder of Corporate Executive Initiative and co-developer of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Asian Leadership Program.

The Honourable Samuel Tinsing Mok is the
managing member of Condor International Advisors, LLC, a management consulting
firm that specializes in representing American companies and international
clients doing business in the American federal market. Previously, he served as chief financial
officer of the U.S. Department of Labour (DOL) from March 2002 to May
2007. Mok was confirmed by the U.S.
Senate in January 2002 after being nominated to the position by President
George W. Bush in October 2001. He
previously served as CFO and comptroller of the U.S. Department of the Treasury
after being appointed by former Treasury Secretary James Baker. Mok was one of the highest-ranking
Asian-Americans in the Bush administration, and is regarded as a leader of the
Chinese-American community. In 2006, Mok received the prestigious Donald
L. Scantlebury Memorial Award for distinguished leadership in financial
management improvement. He is the
recipient of Federal Computer Week's Federal 100 Award, and the
Association of Government Accountants (AGA) Washington, D.C., Chapter
Einhorn-Gary Award. Mok received the
2005 AGA Distinguished National Leadership Award and the 2011 Robert W. King
Memorial Award, AGA's highest honour.
Mok is an Executive Board Member of the National
Ascend Advisory Board. He earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Fordham University and a Master
of Arts degree in accounting from the Catholic University of America. He also graduated from the U.S. Foreign
Service Institute and the U.S. Army Institute of Administration at Fort
Benjamin Harrison. Born in Shanghai,
China, and raised in Hong Kong, Mok speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and

Lisa is a Director in KPMG LLP’s Mid-Atlantic Financial Risk Management practice in the Tyson’s Corner office. She has 15 years of experience in the financial services sector with exposure to a variety of products. She is part of KPMG’s CDO team that delivers attestation services for closing date, effective date and payment dates. Lisa has substantial experience leading and coordinating Advisory engagements. She has served as project manager with responsibility for planning, budgeting, execution and delivery of securitization upfront transaction services and post settlement transaction services. Some of her specific responsibilities include liaise with the CDO Collateral Managers, Issuers and Trustees to troubleshoot and tie out the Note Valuation Reports including the waterfall distribution, coverage tests, collateral quality tests and portfolio profile tests. Create new payment date models in excel that properly reflect the terms of the indenture and other transaction documents. Train new Associates and Senior Associates in Note Valuation Report procedures. Perform second reviews of all Associates and Senior Associate’s work. Lisa has tied out payment date models on a variety of CDO types including CLOs, CDOs of ABS, CDOs of RE, synthetics and credit default swaps. Sandy Hota is a Director with the Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) LLP in their Financial Instruments, Structured Products and Real Estate (FSR) practice in the Washington DC office. His areas of focus include valuation of complex financial instruments, other than temporary impairment (OTTI) recognition issues, process mapping, systems implementation for valuation & treasury processes and cash-flow forecasting for whole loan portfolios & structured securities. He has worked extensively with audit and non-audit clients in the financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing sectors. In addition to his client commitments, Sandy is actively involved in several diversity initiatives across the Washington Metro market. He is actively involved with the PwC's Asian Affinity Network (AAN) and was the co-chair for the Washington Metro market from 2008 to 2010. He was the Treasurer for the Greater Washington ASCEND Chapter and in December 2010 was elected as the President for the local chapter. As a leader of the Greater Washington C hapter, he is involved in coordinating with the ASCEND National leadership, Board of directors at the local level and is responsible for overseeing different events at the chapter level. Sandy has been a formal and informal mentor to several Pan-Asian professionals in the Washington Metro market and constantly encourages his fellow professionals to get involved in the activities of the local chapter to enhance their leadership and networking skills.

Wayne Fong is a Senior Manager at Deloitte. He has over 10 years of experience providing
strategy and operations analysis and consulting services for large IT programs
for the Department of Defense.
Wayne has an undergraduate degree from University
of California, Berkeley and an MBA from George Washington University. He served 13 years of active duty in the U.S.
Navy and retired from the Navy Reserves after 20 years. Wayne is Co-President of Deloitte’s Greater
Washington Area Asian American Alliance Business Resource Group (GWA ABRG),

A central
California native, Lisa Crouch began her career with State Farm in 1998 as an
Auto Underwriter and received her Certificate of General Insurance in July
2001. With the desire to become an entrepreneur, Lisa opened her State Farm
Agency in 2003 in Torrance, California.
By July 2006, Lisa was asked to join the State Farm Agency Leadership
team to coach and develop other State Farm agents as an Agency Field Consultant
in greater Los Angeles. Last May, Lisa
and her husband, Jonathan, relocated to Northern Virginia for her current
Agency Field Executive (AFE) role in Fairfax, Virginia. Lisa regularly volunteered for non-profit
organizations such as LA NHS (Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services),
Habitat for Humanity, SafetyBeltSafeUSA, CAUSE (Center for Asian Americans
United for Self Empowerment), the Asian Business Association of Los Angeles,
and Junior Achievement, to name a few.
Lisa holds BA degrees in both English and Theatre Arts from California
State University, Bakersfield, and is a CTM (Competent Toastmaster).

Enter the garage using the entrance off Galleria Drive (the courtyard
