You are smart and driven, you work hard, are experienced and good at what you do. But getting to an executive leadership position requires a special image and additional professional intangibles.
What image do you project? How do people react when you enter a room or when you walk down a hallway? Do you think and act like an executive? Can you lead?
Are you someone that already has Executive Presence? Can you totally engage and lead those around you to reach their highest levels of performance? At this event, we will explore, define, and practice Executive Presence. This workshop will help you absorb new behaviors and skills that will significantly help boost your career.
Please join Deloitte Consulting LLP and Ascend for an interactive professional development session with Wesley Hom, Former IBM Vice President and Managing Director and current National Board Member of Ascend to learn the skills and behavior needed to pursue an executive career and achieve Executive Presence.
- An overview of the fundamental behaviors needed to be mastered before achieving Executive Presence.
- A discussion on the professional intangibles that embodies executive behaviors.
- An assessment that will help gauge your Executive Presence.
- How to build your executive brand?
- How can you get started?
