Did you know that one-third of full-time workers around the globe and across numerous industries say that managing work-life has become more difficult in the last five years? More people are leaving jobs due to lack of workplace flexibility, and workers around the world want the option to work flexibly without penalties.

EY’s research on generations dispels many myths about millennials and reveals that this generation has new attitudes toward work and life. During this session, panelists across different generations discuss what their challenges are and what each generation really wants in a job. Our panel will share practical advice on how to modernize the workplace and your own leadership, with an eye toward staying ahead in an increasingly competitive global economy, as well as how to communicate across the generational divide. Expand your network during the session by connecting with other ASCEND and EY professionals.
