Bios:

Jon Tam is Co-Founder of Gametiime, a Seattle-based startup that allows runners of all abilities to find, compare, and book races -- from 5Ks to ultra marathons. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Jon served as a Practice Director at Teleion Consulting and Senior Consultant at Deloitte. He currently serves as Board Co-President for the Ascend Seattle Chapter and previously served as a Board Member for Seattle Works. Jon holds a bachelor's degree in information systems and marketing from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. 

Trina Horner is a senior level executive with proven success in building sustainable strategic alliance partnerships; driving sales execution and excellence as well as business and operational leadership. Trina has held many international and US sales, alliance and business development positions in her over 35 years in the technology at top global companies. Currently Trina manages Verizon Communications as a hosting and cloud services alliance partner for Microsoft. In her over 14 years at Microsoft, she has managed strategy; business plan and programs to help enable Cloud Service Provider companies to sell their services on the web in a hosted model and grow their revenue on the Microsoft platform. She has also managed the Microsoft international alliance partnerships with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG consulting), CSC and Getronics; and the global outsourcing partnerships with Hewlett-Packard, Unisys and IBM. Prior to Microsoft Trina spent 21 years selling hardware, software and technology services to Global 1000 customers in government and commercial industries. Trina has received a national award for top Women in Technology and she is active in programs to mentoring college and career women in achieving their goals. Trina is recognized as a proven leader, dynamic presenter and communicator, and effective collaborator. Trina has raised 4 accomplished adult children as a divorced single parent and has her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Math Minor from the University of Maryland.

Benjamin Lynch began his career in public accounting in Houston and subsequently worked in Mexico City and Dallas as Senior Tax Manager. After leaving public accounting he spent the next 10 years at PepsiCo leading the Latin America market in expatriate administration. He eventually became the Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for Frito-Lay America. Benjamin then moved into a role as Principal in charge of compensation and benefits for Mercer. Recently he was recruited by KPMG to be a direct entry Principal where he leads the "International Executive Services” tax practice in Seattle.

Michelle Font currently resides in Seattle, WA where she has been working at The Boeing Company for over 9 years, as an Engineer. This University of Washington Alumna is also a former Miss Washington USA and actively helps prepare young women for scholarship programs and beauty pageants as a Lifestyle Trainer & Pageant Coach. Her love for pageants and all things that sparkle brought to life a new passion for jewelry design and creation. Since 2009 she has been the Owner and Designer of Divine Brilliance Jewelry & has adorned Beauty Queens and Models at National Pageant Competitions and International Award shows & Fashion Campaigns. She is also a part-time model, event host/emcee, & math tutor.
