Ms. Dalwadi is a leader in Baker Tilly’s risk advisory services, internal audit, and strategic consulting
practice with ten years of experience. Ms. Dalwadi’s primary focus is internal auditing and consulting on
a wide range of business issues and regulatory compliance matters, corporate governance, and internal
Ms. Dalwadi has co-authored, "Conducting Internal Investigations of Sponsored Research Activities”
Parts I and II in NCURA Magazine, "Disruptive Forces: Driving a Human Services Revolution,” "Trusting
Assistants with Access,” in Fraud Magazine.

University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill. Ms. Dalwadi is a member of the Greater Washington Chapter of Ascend.

Ms. Ahn has over 17 years of management and supervisory experience with large, complex accounting,
consulting, and auditing projects in the Federal government arena. Ms. Ahn has led Federal audits
pursuant to the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990 (CFO Act), Government Accountability Office’s (GAO)
Financial Audit Manual, and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS).
Ms. Ahn also has extensive experience leading internal control assessment projects working with Federal
agencies to scope, document, and evaluate processes and controls. She has deep experience with
understanding controls designed to achieve management's assertions, and in the identification and
remediation of missing and/or inadequate controls necessary to strengthen Federal financial reporting.
Ms. Ahn is highly skilled in performing risk assessments and evaluating controls at the process,
transaction, and application levels in relation to component accounts, major classes of transactions, and
Ms. Ahn has demonstrated a track record of responsive client service, highly organized client service
teams, and working in challenging environments.
GRACE PARKE FREMLIN
Partner, Steptoe & Johnson LLP
Ms. Fremlin is a partner in Steptoe’s Washington office and Co-Chair of the Korea Practice. She specializes
in international commercial transactions, investments, and mergers & acquisitions, with a special focus on
Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Ms. Fremlin represents US and Asian multinationals in many business sectors, including automotive,
electronics, heavy equipment, industrial procurement and supply, entertainment, media, fashion,
renewable energy, real estate and services. She also provides legal and strategic advice to governments
and global companies on international trade policy matters and the structuring of global investments,
operations and supply chains.
Clients and opposing counsel alike are impressed by Ms. Fremlin’s keen legal and business insights. The in-
house counsel of a Korean conglomerate negotiating a US manufacturing investment valued at
USD5.5 billion called her "the best of the best.”
Ms. Fremlin serves as International Committee Co-Chair for the National Asian Pacific American Bar
Association (2009-present). She also sat on the board for Korean American Bar Association of DC (2009 –
MICHELLE S. LEE
Partner, PwC LLP
Ms. Lee is a partner in the Tax Projects Delivery Group (TPDG) based out of the PwC New York office.
During her fifteen years of practice, Ms. Lee has worked primarily in the corporate tax area. In addition
to her client service roles, for approximately two years, Ms. Lee served as the chief of staff for the CEO of
PwC's U.S. Tax Practice.
Ms. Lee continues to dedicate a significant amount of time with a number of Diversity initiatives and
sits on the Tax Asian Diversity Steering Committee who works with PwC's leadership team to help
develop and further promote the Asian professionals. She also spends a considerable amount of time on
campuses, helping to identify, mentor and recruit the next generation of professionals.
Ms. Lee has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and State of New York and
is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received her Bachelor of
Arts in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Business Tax from the
University of Southern California.
