Define the elements of a successful and memorable personal brand.

Speaker Saguna Hitapot will discuss tips and techniques to build a solid network of resources so that you can be successful when working with internal or external clients. Participants will also learn how to effectively communicate their personal brand to be more successful in business.

About the Speaker:

Saguna Hitapot is a Recruiting Manager for Baker Tilly, a national accounting and consulting firm. She has over 12 years of experience as a talent acquisition leader. She has recruited all levels from interns and entry-levels to executives and firm partners, within the public and private sectors of consulting, finance and accounting, legal, and technology industries. Her areas of expertise include recruitment strategies, employment networking, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Saguna is a Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Greater Washington Professional Chapter of Ascend, the premier non-profit professional association dedicated to enabling its members, business partners and the community to leverage the leadership and global business potential of Pan-Asians. In addition, she is a board member and athlete for the High Cloud Foundation, and former President of the UVa Club of Washington.

Saguna graduated with a MBA from George Washington University and a BA from the University of Virginia.
