Event Description: "How high do I really want to go? What will it mean for my personal life? How long should it take? What do I do in the next 1, 5 or 10 years? I know I’m ready for the next step - but should I stay in my current company, explore outside opportunities, including those outside of my field, or even return to school for more education?"
You will hear from experienced executive panelists from multiple fields about what shaped their decisions and perspectives. Interact with other professionals and discuss which skills and techniques can assist you in your career development and direction - to reach for the top!
This is an interactive workshop. Business leaders will share experiences through a short panel format, and then interact with participants in small break-out groups. Mentors will be available at each table from Ascend and the Bank of America Asian Leadership Network.
