I'm a student/intern. Why should I attend? This event is designed to provide you with an opportunity to meet professionals in the Greater Washington area. The formal speed networking event will be organized into timed intervals and will allow you to meet other interns and professionals, including executives around the area. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Ascend and meet Asian professionals from a variety of companies in the Greater Washington area. Come prepared with your "elevator pitch”!
I'm an Ascend member. Why should I attend? This event is your chance to meet Ascend officers and other professionals in the Greater Washington Area, improve your networking skills, and broaden your network. Additionally, this is an opportunity to help the Greater Washington Ascend chapter grow as you meet students/interns who will become future members of Ascend. The formal speed networking event will be organized into timed intervals and will allow all participants to meet interns and other professionals.
The top three Ascend members who bring the most interns/students to the event will receive a prize! To be eligible, you must register for the interns/students you are bringing to the event.

Space is limited. Please RSVP by Wednesday, July 20, 2011. This event is open to all students/interns and current Ascend members (i.e., those with a valid membership) in the Greater Washington area.
