About the Speaker: Karen Kang
Karen Kang is the CEO and Principal of Karen Kang Consulting, which provides positioning and brand strategies for high tech and consumer clients. She has adapted her proven corporate branding methodologies for personal branding, and has been a featured speaker and seminar leader on this topic for Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Genentech, Sun, McKesson Corp., the National Retail Federation, SD Forum, the Asian Business League and Monte Jade Science and Technology.
A 25-year veteran in marketing and communications, she founded Karen Kang Consulting in 1994. She has helped more than 100 companies, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, develop successful positioning and brand strategies. A former media journalist, she has held executive positions in marketing consulting, advertising and public relations firms. For six years, she was a partner and principal with Regis McKenna Inc., the legendary high-technology marketing consulting firm that launched key products for Apple and Intel.
