Kiss, Bow, or Shake Hands

You are invited to attend a presentation to be given by Terri Morrison, co-author of the critically acclaimed book Kiss, Bow, or Shake Hands. Terri Morrison is the President and Owner of Getting through Customs, a software, training and research firm for international business travelers. These days, bridging the cultural gap in the corporate arena is extremely vital in the global economy which we currently operate in. The ability to avoid small missteps which may threaten or even compromise marketing efforts with a foreign client can mean the difference amongst competitors. Ms. Morrison has co-authored five books, and will be conducting a sixty-minute seminar about intercultural communications in today's global business environment. With the significant growth in emerging market countries, it has become more important to be aware of foreign etiquette, behavior, and manners.

Cocktails and light refreshments will be provided following the presentation.

This event is being co-sponsored by the NY Chapter of ASCEND, and the APIN network of KPMG-NY.
