Allan Mark is the Americas Director of the Office of Diversity Strategy and Development. Reporting to Steve Howe, Americas Managing Partner and Inclusiveness Executive Sponsor, Allan works with Americas leadership to implement programs and initiatives to attract and retain ethnically diverse professionals and promote a culture of inclusiveness, consistent with Ernst & Young’s People First culture.

Prior to this position, Allan spent 23 years serving clients in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and Assurance and Advisory Business Service.  He has led and worked on a number of Global Priority Accounts with extensive experience in financial services and manufacturing.  Allan recently completed three-year terms on the Americas (Partner) Advisory Council and the Canadian Partnership Board.

Allan is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Chartered Business Valuator, and is active in many civic and professional organizations including the U.S. Conference Board’s Business Diversity Council, Ascend (The National Asian American Society of Accountants’ (NAASA)) Advisory Board, and the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council. He resides in Toronto, Canada, with his wife and two children.
