	Ascend offers executives a platform to build connections with senior peers across multiple industries and functions, to help mentor up and coming Asian managers, and to contribute their back to the Asian community. We offer a number of programs for each of these functions. Connect. The CEI (Corporate Executive Initiative) program is an invitation-only network bringing pan-Asian executives from large corporations together to further build a pipeline of Asian leadership in those companies. Join in the dialog with executives from Goldman Sachs, IBM, HSBC, General Electric, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, PepsiCo, and many others. Inspire. The View from the Top Mentorship series engages you as a senior executive with younger professionals, sharing your experiences, lessons, and stories to help advise their careers. There are also numerous ways to give back to the community, from speaking at regional conference and national conventions to community service. Ascend. There is no other professional organization in the country that seeks to focus exclusively on the business leadership potential of Pan-Asian professionals.
