Since 2005 Ascend has been developing and expanding its presence throughout the US with 27 student and 15 professional chapters in and around major business hubs.

Our growing number of Professional Chapters, with over 5,000 members from 200 companies represented, includes membership from all levels (corporate executive, managers, and professionals). Each chapter presents a variety of local events including professional development, mentorship, social mixers and community service in order to enhance the skill set of Asian Americans in the workforce.

Our Student Chapters focus on fostering the next generation of undergraduate Asian American leaders. With events ranging from leadership training, ongoing resume and interview critiques to company visits as well as networking events, these volunteer-run chapters bring supplementary skills to students. Through joint events with other local chapters Ascend provides students with additional ways to develop and enhance their careers and networks.
